Participate in any pre-convention MTG Guam Invitational tournaments to qualify for the Otaku Recon Elite Invitational.
The Top 8 Invitees will gain free admission into
Otaku Recon:2011 and compete for the title of
“Guam’s Elite Magic the Gathering Player”.
At the Otaku Recon:2011, invitees will face-off in Standard, Sealed, and Extended Tournaments to determine the winner.
