Artist Alley

Artists Alley is an opportunity for local anime artists to display and/or sell their artwork.

Email barry@otakurecon.com if you are interested and would like to reserve a time slot.

                   

Deadline for slot acceptance and payment is November 5, 2011.

Payment

    Payment must be made in form of a check to:

    Payment must be "Pay to the Order of Kai Productions"

    Absolutely No Refunds

Artwork Content

No vulgar or inappropriate imagery is accepted, if such art is found you will be asked to take it down immediately or it will be confiscated until the end of the event

Displays and other large products are allowed so long as they do not endanger attendees or disrupt neighboring Artist Alley attendees. If any items pose as a threat or become disruptive, staff will ask that the item in question be immediately taken down or risk being confiscated until the end of the convention.

All items sold in the Artist Alley are to be non-commercialized products.

No food, drink, or potential dealer items are to be sold.

Kai Productions Staff holds the right to withhold/withdraw any entries for the Artist Alley at any time.

Artists must clean up (trash/displays) afterwards otherwise there will be a $50.00 penalty fee.

No commission will be taken from any/all sales.
