The Super Smash Brothers Tournament will take place during the event.

Requirements

•Bring your own controller. We will not provide any.

Controller Mods, Glitches (IC Freeze glitch, Mewtwo Soul Stunner, etc) and tactics used to stall a match (wall-bombing, rising pund) are banned, wobbling is banned.

Rules

•Double Elimination Format

General Rules

•4 Stock

•8 Minute Time Limit

•Items OFF

•Games will be played best of 3 (Winner FInals and Loser FInals will be played best of 5)

•Grand Finals will be best of 7*

*Subject to change depending on number of participants and time constraints

Advanced Rules

•Double Blind pick can be called at the beginning of your set (you and your opponent tell a ref which character you are picking so your opponent won’t be able to counter pick)

•Stage Knock out: Each person may choose one stage to be disabled for the entire set. It must be chosen at the beginning of the set after initial characters are chosen

•First stage of a set is random based on the neutral stages pool

•Advanced Slob Picks: Loser may choose the next stage (any from the neutrals and counter picks) or select to go random (neutrals only) The winner then chooses their character, followed by the loser.

•Ties are broken by lives, and then by percentages. If criteria are equal, then the sudden death match will be played out

•Rules are subject to change during the tournament
