My Heart Cafe is a cosplay restaurant featured at Anime/Otaku Events, in which the servers are dressed in maid costumes and emanate the Japanese concept of mo’e (a feeling of overpowering cuteness).

Rules and Regulations

Seating will be subject to availability.

1. ✓No photos or videos are allowed to be taken within or directly outside the cafe.
   

2. ✓No outside food or drinks are allowed within the cafe.
   

3. ✓Customers are not to linger at the entrance or exit of the Maid Cafe.
   

4. ✓All customers are to be respectful and courteous to the maids at all times.
   

5. ✓Pestering or following a maid is strictly prohibited.
   

6. ✓Patrons will not request personal information or ask when a maid’s shift will end.
   

7. ✓Absolutely no body contact is allowed by the customer.
   

8. ✓Kai Productions Maids reserve the right to defend themselves.
   

9. ✓We reserve the right to remove any patron from the event if they are found in violation of the above regulations.
